We offer a variety of unique homes and cabins located in the heart of the Black Hills. Most cabins are within 15 minutes of Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Custer State Park, and the 1880 Train.
- All rentals have fully furnished kitchens with kitchen towels, dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware, and common small appliances such as coffeemakers and toasters. All units are furnished with a full complement of bath towels, linens and bedding. All units are equipped with an outdoor gas grill, TV with cable or satellite. Most cabins provide internet, but due to availability of services, some cannot. Each listing will denote availability.
- We are licensed for lodging only. Tents and campers are not allowed on our properties.
- All rentals are located in the National Forest Service Fire Protection District and fireworks, bonfires, and wood burning fire pits are strictly prohibited.
- We do not allow more than the specified number of occupants including children & daytime visitors at the cabins at any time.
- If cell service is limited or unavailable at any unit, a land line is still in service. The number will be provided to you at check in. Please notify friends and family who may need to reach you during your stay, as our office is unable to connect to these units from our reservation line.
Cancellation Policy
Most rentals require a 3-night minimum stay from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A major credit card is necessary to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. There is a 3% processing fee. We will waive this processing fee for payments made in full by check, cash, or money order. There is a 60 day cancellation window for all reservations. Deposits required are 1/2 down at time of booking with the remainder of the rental nights 60 days in advance. Cleaning fee and tax are not collected until the day of arrival. There are no refunds for days deleted from your original reservation dates. Holiday and special event reservations are nonrefundable. Please keep in mind that we are not an ‘off the road’ business. Most of our reservations are made months in advance and it is difficult for us to refill cancelled reservations. You will be given cancellation deadlines when we charge your deposit. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that an emergency causes you to cancel or shorten your stay, your deposit is still nonrefundable after the cancellation deadline. In good faith, we will make every effort to re-book your rental and if we are able to do so in its entirety, we will gladly refund your deposit. The more notice we have, the better chance we can re-book your cancelled dates.
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE ASSESSED A $50 FEE.
