2-bedroom cottage on a hillside over-looking Hill City. Located on the fringe of the city limits on a well wooded lot. Peaceful and quiet with deer and turkey as frequent visitors. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a folding portable mattress suitable for children only. One bathroom with tub and shower. Spacious kitchen with newer cabinets and dishwasher. Living room with electric fireplace. Gas grill on deck and propane fire pit under a covered gazebo in the back.

There is a one-time cleaning fee of $90 per stay.

$2/night BID fee (Hill City occupancy fee for Business Improvement District).
January 1-May 14, 2026: $168/night (If available. Some dates may be blocked off). August 7-August 15, 2026: $255

July 31-Aug 6, 2026: $235/night (PRE-RALLY week). October 1-December 31, 2025 AND 2026: $168/night (If available. Some dates may be blocked off).
The cabins accommodate only the number of people as listed, including children of all ages.
We do not allow more than the listed number of people to congregate on the property at any one time.
